The Quantified Self

I've always wanted to do this! Here's a blog all about tracking statistics related to your life, trying to correlate certain actions to feeling better and then testing them out to see if it really produces a positive effect.

I spent a little bit of time digging into other realms occupied by the same sorts of thinking but these kinds of things are always just a crystal obsession away from psuedo-science. It seems like there really isn't a reputable source for one segment of life effecting another, just a lot of guesses and myths. Sticking to it's core, self-experimentation, and keeping rigorous amounts of data might provide a useful tool for improving the little things in your life. But I imagine it'd be hard to be objective about a lot of data relating to yourself. I may give it a try.
